3. Upon receiving the product, the buyer has 7 days to inspect it and request a return or refund if the product is defective or does not match the description.
4. If no complaint is submitted within 7 days, the payment is automatically released to the seller, who can then withdraw the funds.
5. If the buyer initiates a return or refund request, the dispute will be handled according to the Return & Refund Policy.

Once a seller receives an order, they must confirm it and proceed with preparing the shipment.
The seller is required to enter shipping details, including the courier company name and tracking number, after dispatching the order to the customer.
Delivery Confirmation
The order status will automatically update to “Delivered” once the shipment is confirmed as delivered by the courier’s tracking system.
Sellers cannot manually change the order status to “Delivered”—this process is fully automated by the platform.
Payment Availability & Payout Schedule
Once the order status is marked as “Delivered”, the payment for that order will become available in the seller’s dashboard after 7 days.
