Order Cancellation:
- You can cancel your order if its status is “Pending”. However, if the status changes to “Confirmed”, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you can contact the seller through the available messaging system on the platform.

Note: In case of order cancellation, a transaction fee (approximately 3%) charged by the payment provider (such as Stripe, PayPal, or your bank) will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee is collected by the payment provider and is not taken by our platform.
Refund for Canceled Orders:
- If your order is canceled within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Refunds may take [number of days, e.g., 5-7 days] to process, depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions:
- Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
