  1. Online Return Portal: Facilitating the return process through an electronic portal.
  2. Non-use of the Product: The buyer must not use the product before deciding to keep or return it.
  3. Prompt Notification to the Seller: Reporting any product defects as soon as possible.
  4. Return Process: Submitting a return request within the specified period.
  5. Product Condition Verification: The seller must verify the condition of the product upon receipt.
  6. The buyer can initiate a return request through the platform by providing a reason for the return and uploading photos as proof of the issue to the seller.”

  • 1. Return Period:

    Due to the nature of wholesale trade, the buyer has the right to contact the seller within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if there are any defects or issues.

     

    2. Return Conditions:

    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all original accessories and packaging.

    • Returns will only be accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect or if there was a mistake in the order made by the seller.

    • Return requests will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of product receipt.

     

    3. Return Process:

    • The buyer must contact the seller through the platform within 7 days of receiving the product to report the issue and provide proof of the defect (such as photos or videos).

    • After reviewing the request, the seller will determine if the return is accepted according to the policy.

    • If the return is approved, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is a defect in the product or a seller error, in which case the seller covers the shipping costs.

    • Refunds will only be issued after the seller receives the returned product and verifies its condition.

     

    4. Exceptions:

    • Perishable or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they have a defect.

    • Used, opened, or modified products by the buyer cannot be returned.

    • Damage caused by improper use or storage by the buyer is not covered under the return policy.

     

    5. Protection for Both Parties:

    • The platform holds the payment until the buyer confirms receipt of the product.

    • In case of any disputes regarding returns, the platform provides a dispute resolution mechanism to ensure the protection of both the seller and the buyer.

  • Note:

  • In case of order  return (with seller approval), a transaction fee (approximately 3%) charged by the payment provider (such as Stripe, PayPal, or your bank) will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee is collected by the payment provider and is not taken by our platform.

    • All parties agree to abide by the return policy to ensure a fair and organized trading experience.
